At uniquedesign, we are committed to providing exceptional wardrobe consultation services and ensuring your complete satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our consultation services.

Service Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our wardrobe consultation services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their consultation experience.

If you are dissatisfied with your consultation service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel your consultation appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may receive a 50 percent refund or credit toward a future consultation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances such as consultant illness or emergency, you will receive full notification and the option of a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience with no penalties.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred new date and time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Digital Products and Materials

Digital style guides, lookbooks, and other materials provided as part of your consultation package are non-refundable once delivered. These materials are personalized specifically for you and cannot be returned.

However, if there are errors or issues with digital materials, we will work to correct them promptly at no additional charge.

Multi-Session Packages

For consultation packages that include multiple sessions, refunds are prorated based on the number of completed sessions.

If you wish to cancel a multi-session package, you will be charged for completed sessions at the individual session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation experience, we encourage you to communicate your concerns with us immediately.

We will work diligently to address your concerns and may offer solutions including additional consultation time, modified recommendations, or partial refunds as appropriate to the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable: completed consultation sessions, digital materials already delivered, personal shopping services already performed, travel expenses for in-home consultations, and third-party service fees.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your consultation or provide alternative arrangements.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service issue, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

We encourage open communication and will make every reasonable effort to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
